Who We Are
Blair Van Bussel
Co-founder
Blair is the co-owner/founder of the non-profit organization. Blair is married to her high school sweetheart and is a mother of 4 (3 biological children and currently one foster child). She has a strong passion for equality, inclusion, and volunteer work in the church, and community. She launched and leads a foster care ministry, Rancho Replanted, at Rancho Community Church in Temecula, CA. Where she supports the local community through advocacy, and support of families providing safe and loving homes through foster care and adoption.
Nicole Holt
Co-founder
Nicole Holt comes to you wearing multiple hats; a wife of 15 years, a holistic massage therapist, resource parent, an adoptive mom, a consultant for Quality Parenting Initiative (QPI), and a member of the Birth and Foster Parent Partnership are just some of her current roles and titles. Nicole consults, mentors and trains individuals and organizations on multiple topics related to child welfare, keeping what is best for the child at the forefront of everything that is in practice and policy. Nicole enjoys hiking, traveling, or walking down Main Street (Disneyland) with a churro in one hand and a child’s hand in the other.
